Why can I not login?
- More than likely, your application has not been completed. When you initially entered in your email address to register with us, you were prompted to enter additional information to complete your application (Name, Address, Contact Information, etc). In addition, registered Buyers and Sellers are required to submit a signed copy of the Buyer and Seller Agreements.

- Once we receive your additional information, we will complete the application, and you will receive notification from us with a temporary password. Please ensure that email@example.com is added to your safe contact list.
I forgot my password, what do I do now?
- You can easily reset your password at any time, by visiting our hompage and clicking on link to reset passwords.
How do I see prospects that I have bid on?
- Visit the link for My Account. Here you see your account information and track the status of bids you have placed on prospects.
